Social networking is a subcategory of the Internet technology, and it actually saves the environment from millions of photographs printed every year and sent to loved ones or documented in albums. Indeed, even memories have gone digital, and although it may be considered unreliable by many of the older generation (as files can be so easily lost), it serves its purpose. For example, photos from one’s recent trip abroad can be quickly uploaded to a website for everyone to see, without needing to print a single photograph. Not only does it conserve paper, it also eliminates much of the chemical waste that comes from the photo-printing process.

OMG. this is amazing info. I should continue with my social networking.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with Almas. Actually, with technology, even when we accidentally delete a file, we can still retrieve it!http://www.ehow.com/how_4694739_retrieve-deleted-files.html However, I know that trying to retrieve a file may be very difficult and troublesome even when it is possible.
ReplyDeleteThe website above may not be very clear. So, here's the website which teaches you how to retrieve deleted files: http://www.ehow.com/how_4694739_retrieve-deleted-files.html

ReplyDeleteI agree with anonymous, but isn't technology the one who started environmental problems?
ReplyDeleteI know. But what is done is done. Now technology is trying to help the problems it caused.
ReplyDeleteYeah... I am using technology now also. Great blog techstars! keep up the good work :D
ReplyDeleteI agree with Almas here. Social networking sites may be helpful at times and under certain circumstances. Eg. we are able to talk to friends besides texting or email-ing, which will take very long. But sometimes it may be better to talk face-to-face. We also have to keep the content appropriate for everyone.
ReplyDeleteTell that to my father. Haha.
ReplyDeleteOoh. I didn't know technology was so useful. Wow!Your blog is so enviromental friendly. There's even fish in it! Thanks for sharing Almas! (:
